Pub 819 is a full bar and restaurant on Mainstreet in downtown Hopkins, known for 90+ whiskeys, crafted cocktails and 32 craft beer taps. The menu centers on unique burgers like the Hot Dickel and Double Royale, plus brisket grilled cheese, bourbon-glazed steak bites and vegan bowls such as the Phuket bowl. Pub 819 is dog-friendly year-round with two dog patios, including a heated back patio, and a three-course dog menu with Muttloaf, K9 Chicken and dairy-free pup cream. Our newly remodeled all-season, dog-friendly Pergola has retractable walls, its own heating and fans, and holds up to 70 guests, which suits birthdays, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties and corporate events.
